Designer Igor Solovyov took part in workshop within programm "Vilnius is a European capital of culture 2009". Lithuania. He works in projects of "Urban Furniture" and "the banks of the river Neris". The projects aimed to rethink the space of the Neris banks and to attract more people.
The mock up of formed seat wich is integrated in the concrete constuctions. In collaboration with Miks Petersons (latvia) and Andrius Zemaitis (Lithuania).
Several years later.
The idea is to put LED lights under the water. It may be both advetisment and attractive elements.
